หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:

- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของอาหาร ห้องครัว ทั้งในเรื่องของ อัตรากำลังคน การมอบหมายงาน การดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ ฯลฯ ปรับปรุงสูตรอาหาร จัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี คำนวณต้นทุนอาหาร ฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้แก่พนักงาน อาทิ การบริการ เป็นต้น

คุณสมบัติ:

- เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง การโรงแรม / การท่องเที่ยว  หรือ อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 5 ปี ด้านการบริหารห้องอาหาร / ห้องครัว
